Tommy McMillen turned in an exciting Octagon debut earlier tonight (Sat., April 4, 2026) at UFC Vegas 115 LIVE on Paramount+ from inside Meta Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, delivering a wild first-round TKO (knees and punches) over Italian featherweight Manolo Zecchini.

McMillen, who trains alongside former UFC bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley, came into his UFC debut with a lot of hype. The undefeated 28-year-old looked dangerous in his win on Dana White’s Contender Series last September and carried the same confidence that O’Malley operates with. McMillen was a massive betting favorite as well, raising the expectations even higher for the fighter known as “Gun.”

While McMillen threw all caution to the wind and engaged in an often-sloppy firefight with Zecchini, the talented prospect still came out on top. McMillen’s power and ability to mix in knees to the head and body ultimately wilted Zecchini along the cage. The Italian fighter tried to survive, but a final knee to the body sent Zecchini crashing to the canvas. McMillen piled on a few more punches before the referee stepped in.
